Terms of Service

The Provider grants the User access to the Arkan entertainment-information service: AI interpretations of natal charts, tarot spreads, daily horoscopes, compatibility analysis and related features. The Service is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.

Current plans (Free, Basic, Pro) and prices are listed on /en#pricing. Payments are processed by YooKassa (YooMoney NBCO). A tax receipt is generated by the Russian Federal Tax Service «My Tax» app at the moment of successful payment and sent to the email the User provided.

A subscription activates on payment confirmation and lasts the selected period (monthly/annual). Access to paid features ends when the period expires; auto-renewal is off by default.

The User may cancel and request a refund for the unused portion within 14 calendar days of payment by emailing support@arkan-oracle.ru. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Refunds do not cover already consumed paid generations (Pro spreads, deep astrology, AI-Mentor) — their cost is calculated pro-rata at internal AI model prices.

The User may cancel at any time in their profile (web or bot). Cancellation disables auto-renewal (if enabled); access to paid features remains until the paid period ends.

The Provider makes reasonable efforts to keep the Service available but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The Provider is not liable for decisions the User makes based on AI interpretations.

Personal data is processed per the Privacy Policy. By paying, the User confirms agreement with this offer and the privacy policy.
